I began working for the sister practice (Jackson Stapleton Accountants) in August 2018, initially as a Senior Client Manager at the Scunthorpe office and more recently as Practice Manager at Lincoln (Fawcett & Co).
Every day is different at the Lincoln Office and I enjoy balancing my roles of Practice Manager and Accountant. I give direction and training to the team where necessary, and spend time co-ordinating and reviewing jobs in order to ensure that our highest standards are maintained. I particularly enjoy meeting with clients to provide tax planning advice and am always happy to assist with practice enquiries.
I am a fully qualified Chartered Certified Accountant and a member of the ACCA. I completed my training at PwC and have been fortunate to work at a number of accountancy firms of varying sizes, all of which have contributed to my extensive knowledge and experience. I now specialise in general practice, largely working with small and medium sized businesses, with an emphasis on individually tailored tax planning.
I have enjoyed all of my roles and responsibilities at JSA and the firm has continually supported my professional development. The opportunity to join and manage the Lincoln team has been a particular highlight in my career, and I am delighted to be working with the Lincoln staff and clients.
Having recently moved to Lincoln to be with my fiancée, we enjoy eating out, visiting new places, spending time with our friends & family as well as walking our ‘pampered pooch’ Hunter. I also enjoy running, cycling and watching Formula 1.
